As the most direct elected representatives of the people of Guam, the Mayors and Vice Mayors are responsible in assuring that service and and benefits are delivered and provided tot he respective municipalities, and that distribution of these services are equitably facilitated, to include, but not limited to senior citizens and youth activities and facilities, public health and welfare, public security, beautification, village streets, parks and to include street light maintenance.
