Gef Pa'go Summer Cultural Camp - Summer cultural camp will be held at Gef Pa'go Chamorro Cultural Village in Inarajan from June 11-29.  Classes are 9am to noon.  Varous Chamorro crafts will be taught, together with language lessons through songs and skits.  Chamorro cooking and hikes also are scheduled.  Cost per week is $100. Special one-day  camps can be arranged for $13 per camper.  For more information call Ali at 828-7247 or 48; or the gift shop at 828-7246 (mornings only).

Agana Heights 'Fun in the Sun' Program -  Fun in the Sun summer program for children age 5-12 will be held from June 11 to July 13 and July 16 to Aug. 17, 7:45am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.  Enrollment is limited.  Camp staff is CPR/First Aid trained.  he air-conditioned facility features a computer lab, sports clinics for all ages, arts and crafts, music and dance, health and safety presentations, field trips, an overnight campout/marshmallow roast and more! Agat Summer Camp - The Agat Community 2007 Youth summer camp will be held Jne 11 to June 29 and July 23 to August 10.  packets will be available on May 14, on a first-come first-served basis, for only 50 campers, age 6-12 per session.  Call the mayor's office.

UOG 4-H Summer Workshops - A variety of summer workshops will be held throughout the summer with the University of guam 4-H  Summer workshops.  Workshops include:  Youth Finance, Photography, Soccer, Baseball, Horticulture, Arts & Crafts, Computer Skills, Fisheries and more.  Age groups for each class vary between 8 and 16.  Cost for classes start at $50.  call 735-2040/1 for more information.

Kontenda's Gym - Kontenda's Gym is offering four two-week sessions:

**June 11 to June 22

**June 25 to July 6

**July 9 to July 20

**July 23 to August 3

the summer sessions are for kids age 5 and up.  It offers self-defense techniues with basic fundamentals in bosing and jiu-jitsu, educational games and activities, movies, field trips and more.  Sessions are from 8am to 5pm with half day sessions also available.  Each session is $150 per child, or $400 for three sessions, or $500 for four sessions.  Lunch and drinks will be made available for an additional amount upon request.  Call 777-9280 to sign up.

 

Academy of Computer Arts & Sciences summer camp - Weekly sessions run from 8am to 5pm, May 21 to Aug. 17 for children ages 5 to 12 at 258 Father Duenas Street, between Gov. Carlos Camacho Road  and Chalan San Antonio in Tamuning.  Register your child 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.  Seats are limited, Call 646-2227 or www.acaslearningcenter.org

 

Christ's Bible Fellowship Church - "Avalanche Ranch" is this year's theme for Vacation Bible School, 8:30am - 12:30pm July 16 to 20.  To pre-register or for more information, call joanna at 477-8161 or Jill at 777-9509. 

 

Department of parks and recreation -

Summer fun camp June 11 to 28; July 2 to 19; and July 23 to August 9 at the Dededo Sports Complex.  Space is limited  to 100 children per session, for ages 6-12.  Register at the Dededo Sports Complex.  Call 633-2420/21 for more information.

 

Swimming Lessons for ages to 17 from June 11 to July 6; July 10 to Aug 2.  Fee is $20 per person.  Registration begins June 6.  Call the Hagatna Pool at 472-6270. 

 

MDA Kids Scuba Diving - June 21 - 23; Junior Open water (learn the how to's) diving.  Children must be age 10.  Fee is $289 for children ages 10-11; and $250 for ages 12 -15. 

 

Piti- the mayor's office is sponsoring the 2007 Piti summer youth program for ages 7-14.  Pick up registration forms at the mayors office or call.

 

University of Guam Summer Theatre Camp - Featured will be dance, visual arts, and music, ultimately creating a musical theatre production. 8am to 3pm June 25 to July 28 for ages 10-15.  register now through June 14 at the CLASS Dean's office, Isla Center for the Arts.  Call 735-2715 or email guamtroy@yahoo.com
